Spring

Well, hi folks….It’s not a rolling beach, or a stunning cityscape, or misty mountains….but it is spring and I do have a tree outside my window.

It was very important to me to have a tree outside my window when Jacques was ill and we moved to Chapel Hill.

Yes, sometimes a flowering tree, a bird or a single iris can be ‘just enough’ to get us by. And that realization is, I believe, from God.

Those are some very fantastic blossoms- our little apple trees(the crabby kind)seem to be hugging their sweaters tightly about them against the chill, not yet daring to open their hearts to Spring.

It must be very sweet smelling in your room. Lucky you!!
