I have a friend living in Montreal(more than one, actually). He bakes. I think. Went to school for it. Great guy– Paul Schwartz. of course, i know how very huge Montreal is… what would ever be the chances…
ps– i would never knowingly eat eel– or veal. I know where veal comes from and eel…yucky. I am very close-minded in certain(a few)areas. Eel… man.
