Sleepy Driver Remedy

(This one weird tip from a Chapel Hill non-mom)

1 ten-minute nap in a Starbucks parking lot, followed by

1 grande latte with an extra shot of espresso +

1 tiramisu flavor Cake Pop (just the right amount of sugar)

(This did it for me after 7 hours’ sleep . . . in two nights.)

Caution:  Do not try this without the nap.
