There are very few scenes that cannot be enhanced by the right musical background. Music to establish a mood is a staple of the movies – building suspense and signaling you that it is time to scream with screeching tones in horror films, or underlining triumphal scenes in patriotic films.
I started noticing the score of movies after an evening as a child when I was in bed, and I could hear all the sounds of a film they were watching on TV.
