Great stuff! It’s nice to have a scorecard for all the players… J always looks rakish in that hat…

Great photos but I especially love that one of your mom. I want to paint her (and I don’t even know how to paint!).

The Director of Sunsets looks like a Bond villian painted by Thomas Kinkade!

I guess that’s one of the big decisions when moving to Florida: do you want to watch the sunrise over the ocean or the sunset?

  5. amba12 said,

No, that’s the choice between moving to Florida or California.

  6. Peter Hoh said,

I was thinking of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Most of it is a heck of a lot cheaper than most coastal property in California, I’ll wager.

I just meant that technically speaking, the Gulf isn’t the ocean.

The pic of your mom is striking! Although everyone’s mom looms large in their mind. :)

The young lady who climbed up to the Drachenfels in her Indian silk slippers on a cool and rainy day looks so grown-up now! Do you think, I am getting older? Your lparents are still a very handsome couple; Jacques does not look much older, but more like a wise man. Thank you for sharing these memories with me. Gregor
